My car DL1CM6538 is lying in this service centre for last one week. It has some major mechanical fault that is to be repaired under warranty. Ford India is not providing me with warranty and asking me to pay for the expenses.
I have been communicating and visiting them on daily basis. I have also arranged previous service records from other service centres which was their duty. Still no action has been taken and I am suffering commuting problems because of this.
I want the car to be repaired under warranty without further delay
