Patient Archana Nagpal got admitted to Fortis Hospital Mumbai (Mulund) on 13th March 2014 on acute deficiency of Vitamin D and serious Headache and low BP, team of Fortis healthcare treated the patient and patient was admitted for 3 days in the hospital with further test along with treatments. TPA was intimated on 14th itself for pre auth where they raised query for treatment details which was subsequently provided still they rejected the claims. Cashless facility’s given to people only to make sure they get treated well but here the reject reason told to me by Saurav when called at 1800425 5244 was that claim is rejected saying the patient went to hospital to get evaluation done..How can aperson get admitted for evaluation and not treatment, this basic stuff is not known by the doctors approving claim at Vidal healthcare TPA. Please contact the administrator i am filing a complaint to get a compensation for all the disturbance and mental trauma caused to our family. Thanks Khushaal Nagpal
I need compensation for the misbehavious and issue created by doctors evaluating the claim and rejecting it. Complete claim needs to be recovered and over and above i need compensation for the issue created and mental trauma caused to my patient for the same.
