Dear Sir/Madam,

First let me introduced myself, i am Nidhi Kumari having gold A/cs status and different deposits in ICICI Bank. I was pretty much satisfied with the services of the bank. On 3rd July 2008, I visited ICICI Bank for normal banking transaction. There i meet bank staff Ms Rubby Singh, who briefed me a guaranteed return plan. She brief me that you have pay to for 3 years and after 5 years, you will get a guaranteed double of your investment. On his advice i deposited Rs 150000 in two applications with two different dates.
Whenever I asked about my paper, a lot of excuses were there…. that it has been sent to your address, when I asked her to show my a/c in your system, they didn’t show me. After umpteen follow-up, 3 months before I received my paper in open status.
Recently I received message for deposit of next installment.
Then I give her a call to deposit the same but not got any reply from her end. Then somehow I got the no. of customer care. I enquired about the payment of installment and my investment status to customer care. I was totally perplexed to know the status of investment. It is not a fixed guaranteed plan and there are heavy charges for its management.These funds are link to share market and there is no gaurantee of any fix interest. It is not only the story for 1st year every year I have to pay heavy charges in my installment.Whatever information I got it was enough to make me realized that somehow I have been cheated. They said that it is explicit mention in the paper, but whatever paper I have received nowhere it is mention. Once again I want to remind you that I received my paper in open mode.
After umptean follow-up with icici bank / prudetial, i have not got any resolution. They had asked me to put a physical application in their office, i also did so. I having a regular 2 months back follow-up mail, if u need i can forward the same.Now in this regard i need your intervension.
