This is with reference to the ebill in the chain below. viz. MobileBill_1026561426_645277154_9845727812
I purchased it when, after placing an online request, your sales person visited me at my residence. I received the device on 21-Dec-2011 10:30 PM.
He charged Rs. 2300 for the price of the dongle and described that the plan has Rs. 150 cash back offer. I have a nicely printed colored leaflet which describes this plan.
I realize that price of USB dongle at my Infosys campus is only Rs. 999 but I was overcharged by Rs 1300.
Further, in the bill below, I do not see the cashback discount adjustments which amount to Rs 30 for the period of 21-Dec-2011 to 25-Dec-2011.
The sales person and his manager agreed to collect a xerox of my Infosys Id card and return me Rs 1300 and ensured that cashback adjustments would reflect in the bill. None of this has happened. I am not able to contact them since my calls are neither received or am I called back. It’s been 8 days I have wasted a lot of money calling them.
I am highly disappointed by the attitude and service delivered. I also feel that this is stupendously obvious forgery.
I am not willing to pay any money until the I receive Rs.1300 cash and 150 cashback adjustment is made to the bill.
Please take a serious note of it and assist me with this. I am not willing to spend any more time and energy.
