At the outset, I write to inform on 19.02.2013, I had received a call from on Anand claiming to the representative of times jobs.com who had discussed with me about the job opportunity with M/s Pantaloon Retail and my interest in the said job opportunity.

Then, he had taken details about my experience, profile and personal details of age, address and date of birth as well. Later he called me again and sought the details of my PAN Card, Credit Card and Passport claiming that the same was required by the prospective employer to confirm my credentials and hence I had shared the same with the fond hope to get an interview appointment. During the conversation I had though hesitant to share the details of my PAN Card, Credit Card and Passport details, the said Anand had informed me that it is with times group which is a part of media group that I was dealing with and I don’t have to suspect of apprehend any misuse of the details. However, I was shocked and surprised to receive a call on 24.02.13 from another tele caller Namrata from times jobs.com claiming that, I have paid a sum of Rs. 5823/- by credit card no. 5243 6811 0129 3606 in favour of timesjobs.com which details were shared with Anand on 19.2.13 and when I disputed the same and insisted to reverse the credit card payment transaction, wherein you not only refused to reverse the transaction but also behaved rudely and in an insulting manner by disconnecting the call and thus failed in giving me any satisfactory reply for not canceling the credit card transaction. From the facts and circumstances, it is crystal clear that, you had made hectic attempt to defraud me, that apart indulged in high scale fraud and unfair trade practice causing me untold mental agony and sufferings.
