I started one policy with icici in 2004 policy name- icici pru life time no: 01027865, i went to Australia 2005 so i couldnt follow that policy, icici person (Jaya Priya came to my office in 2009 nov 9 th, she told that i renew ur old policy for that u have to pay 22,0000.(20,000 for policy, 2000 for renew charge) so i gave two cheques on 9th one for 20000 another for 2000/- (ch Details- 786725- amt 20,000 and 786726 amt 2000. dtd-9.11.09). i received a cover from icici on 31st dec 2009 i was shocked because i received a new policy documents name- icici pru assure life uin 105L093vo1(premium is 22,000 yearly) i open and read the policy again i totally loose my control because they signed my signature and given wrong details ie – my weight is above 100kgs but they mentioned 65kgs, i called managers and agents nobody picked my phone, i sent my manager Mr.Sasikumar to coimbatore office on 2nd 2010 , he met ms.sheela, she told i ll solve this problem quickly and ll call u at 4 pm on the same day, but nobody call me till now.

please take severe action against icici pru life company,
