I buy this house in Jan 2011, that time builder says, if you want to transfer your property to anyone , there is not any transfer charges, now befoure 3months back they are saying there is a charges for transfer rs. 50per Sq.ft, now this time when I have transfer my property to some one the builder is saying the transfer charges is now has been increased to rs. 75/- per sq.ft.they have taken 75750/- rupees from me to do the transfer. and after that they are saying there is a penalty of Rupees 82000/- approx due to late payment of installament, but from my side there were not any type of deley

for doing the transfer on time I have paid them 130500/- rupees cash. and I expend more then 30000/- rupees for travelling to that palace. they are calling after every 2 days, and not doing the work on time,and every time they told us to come on next date.

Now I want to get back my money 130500/- + my traveling cost 30000/- total 160500/-
