Hi, I have booked 2 bhk with builder, I booked through JMD dealer in Dec2011, the project was in sec95 gurgaon with the name ‘cambrian forest’ and the builder is SKM refcon. Also I made the 20% payment as asked by builder in Jan 2013. We made the payment than in March2013 we got the news like SKM is not going to build the flats there and forcing us to take the refund, when we booked the price was 2500 psf and in mar 2013 its minimum 4500 psf in gurgaon so there is no logic of getting the basic refund and builder is also not giving any interest on that. we(SKM investors) are arround 20 people, and need help from you. we got the news like SKM has sell his entity to other builder called cosmos at big rate…

we want possesion on that land because we have booked at that land only. or the market price so that we can choose other option.
