I have made an online booking of an air ticket from new delhi to kolkata on Wed, 14 Oct ’09. I recieved an email that the ticket is under process and your booking id is FLT00007210982 and recieved a mail from them as

“Your payment has been processed. However, due to a communication error, the system was unable to confirm your reservation. Our customer care executive will call you within one
hour on the phone number provided by you at the time of booking. If you would like to speak to our customer executive any time, kindly call 1-800-102-8747 and quote your
MakeMyTrip Booking ID : FLT00007210982. We regret any inconvenience caused.”

Now I tried there number for more then 50 times from 14th oct 09 to 17th oct 09 and holded the line for more than 20 – 25 minutes every time no executive came for help. Neither I recieved any call nor they tried to contact me at all.

On 17th Oct 09, I waked up at 3:00 A M, get ready and left for airport by paying Rs. 500 to taxi and showed the so called tentative itinerary. At booking counter they says that I dont have any booking on my name. I was feeling embarassed and tried to call the customer support executive, but no body turned up at all after holding the line for more than 50 minutes.

I could not afford such a costly journey, but some how I managed as I was not getting any reservation and my going to my peternal place was very important on the eve of Diwali.

I have made railway booking also from Kolkata to Dhanbad, the details are as:
