I applied to Standard Chartered Bank on 11 Jan 2013 for a credit card vide application number #CC9N086GAG. On 25 March 2013 I was informed that the bank had rejected my application for the said credit card. On requesting the bank to return me my photograph as well as the copies of documents submitted by me with the application form, the bank has shown a cold shoulder. It has bluntly refused to return me the documents which legally belong to me. Also, I had clearly indicated in my application that I had not allowed the bank to keep my documents with itself in case my application is not accepted.

All the documents and photographs submitted by me to Standard Chartered Bank be returned to me. The bank to be held responsible in case it/any employee of it is held misusing my IDs, documents and.or photograph. A hefty fine on this bank so as to set an example for other banks that cheat the trust their customers put in them.
