Dear Sir, all proposal policies are being signed by kotak agent on behalf of my and my family. even my mother doesn’t know how to sign only(she is completely illiterate and every where she uses her thumbm impression only) and kotak life insurance company has issued a policies on her name as well by her signature. Also agent has surrender my few policies without informing me or taking my signatures. since long time i am following up for my hard earned money refund but kotak life insurance is refusing to rreturm my money by sayong that i am approcahing them late. Request you to help me to get my money back. Gist of the Case: My Name is Yogesh Borade, 3-4 year back I and my father met Mr.Nilesh Shinde Kotak Life Insurance Representative and my family were agreed to put 1Lac yearly investment on my father’s (Mr. Shantram Borade) name and 2Lacs yearly investment on mine (Mr.Yogesh Borade) name wherein he has promised us 20% interest on my investment every year .

Initially to start this investment, we both of us had signed only 1 proposal each. We were completely unaware with the policies premium allocation charges, Admin Charges, Fund Management Charges and surrender charges. Year 2009: Mr.Nilesh Shinde has approached us for Renewal payment for my existing policies and had given the payment to keep my policies active but later I got to know instead of making payment in existing policies he has used this money to invest in a fresh policy that too without my concern and without my signatures or documents. When I asked about this mess at your Kalyan Branch office, Mr. Dharmendra-Branch Manager and Mr.Nilesh Shinde were trying to convenience that whatever they had done was in favor of mine best benefit which I don’t understand. How it will benefit a customer wherein he is not aware about his fresh investments and why customer is getting a new policies when he is making his renewal payments for his existing polices. After signing 1 proposal in year 2008 and we have never signed any Kotak Life Insurance proposal and after that also I was getting a Certificate from your company. My mother Mrs.Manik Borade has never planned or thought to take any insurance policy from Kotak Life, but your Represntive has done a forge sign and issued a 4 policies on her name as well. And also till date she has not received any policy documents for above 4 policies. Really can’t understand how Kotal Life is playing with customer”s money? Regularly I was in touch with Mr. Dharmendra Branch Manager/Mr.Nilesh Shinde/ Mr.Sameer Aangnae from Kotak Life Office-Kalyan Branch but instead of resolving my issues they all are trying to convince me that they had done right (Fraud-Fresh proposal instead of making Renewal payment) thing to improve my benefits. Currently I have got total 17 policies with your company worth 20Lacs that too without signing or giving any consent for these investments. I kept giving money to your representatives just because the kind of trust I had with Kotak Bank and Kotak Life Insurance and if Kotak Group will start cheating to customers in this way than why customers will keep relation with this company???
