Dear Sir,

There is a company name FINEEDGE/SHIFTTHOUGHTS in delhi, whose address is : 2nd floor, plot no-1, garg trade centre, sector-11, Rohini-110085. and the addres given on the courier is Indian Dynamite Company Pvt Ltd.A-82, Naraina Industrial Area,Phase-1, Delhi-110028.On the 28th of november 2012, i received a sales call from this company which offered many vouchers and services, after telling everything about the offer i was told that only Rs. 499/- will be charged from me for all this without any furthur hidden charges that too after i have received the communication in writing. Inspite of confirming several times regarding the amount i was assured that only Rs 499/- will be charged. A fter undergoing all the procedures Rs 5999/- was deducted from my credit card and i did not receive anything in writing from them as well. I had a word with Mr. Himanshu Mishra who called himself as one of the regional managers of the company and he was the person who directed me to my bank server where this deduction took place.This man gave me his personal contact number which was 8447488684 and assured me that the fault was from his side his company side due to which wrong amount was deducted from my account so when i receive the courier from his company i should tell him the consignment number and he will get the order cancelled and deducted payment redirected to my account. Since my credit card statement is generated, which was on 4th December 2012, that was the last time i spoke to this man and he was adamant on his words of refunding me my money after which his cellphone is switched off till date. I tried contacting the company regarding the same but they are not cooperating saying that that they don’t have any person in their company in the name of HIMANSHU MISHRA, this is a totally fraud case and i have also filed a dispute against them in my credit card department as well. Please help me out with this problem as soon as possible and the strictest of the strict actions against this fraud company. I’m the only earning member of my family as i have lost my father recently, please help me out and slove this issue as soon as possible.
