Date of 16-09-10 i had 1 miss call from number of+923216092487,he says me that i won lottery of 1000000(ten lacks) & to claim I was Recharge of 8000 Dish tv itz Cash Card & then he tell me number of 00923477618044 gm khuranasir & then he say that i want another 21000 by dish tv itz cash card for gov tax of india but i dont send him another recharge ,i want to know this two number is lottery office numbers or how to claim my 8000 ruppes back.
