indraprastha institute of aeronautics which is in gurgaon is a private institute.they send students abroad for flying courses,but they did not do justice to me.first they admit me at 16 yrs of age (after 12th)…they did not tell me that the age limit for this course is 18 yrs old.first they charge 85000rs in july 2008..and when the comes for going abroad they charge again 85000rs(march 2010) for only getting visa..they told us that they will refund all the money except the fees for visa..but when the visa got rejected they dint give any money…and many other things which we have to tell in your court ,so please tell me that can i file the case against him.
