Fraud in Registration

Dear Sir,
Greeting of The day,
I bought Maruti Zen Estilo from TR Sawhney Motors New Delhi on March31,2009.Some amount financed by HDFC bank, SafdarJung New Delhi.But till now I havent got the paper. As per the commitment of both(bank and dealer), they are not giving me parmanent registration of my parmanent place i.e.kaithal,haryana.Even I have temperary Number and Insurance of the same address

I am begging like hell and communicated them atleast 50 time, but still blank hand without any document of the car.In lack of document I cant run it on the road now.
As I have heard about your organisation now you are the only hope for me.

I have written at least 10-20 mails. Till the date I haven’t got any reply from dealer.

I bought Zen estilo lxi from TR sawhney gokulpuri showroom. But till now I haven’t got my paper for permanent registration of kaithal, haryana as committed by Prabhat. Now I am being told that I can’t get paper of haryana as per commitment.

Prabhat reply was “Me nahi de sakta, agar commitment kiya to kya, me kon sa koi registered authority hoon, vo to mane aise hi bol diya.” Is it really true? If it is true then who the hell is allowing him to rob innocent people and why the hell he is dealing with customer.

I talked to Mr Bhardwaj. Considering his age I called him ‘uncle’. But his attitude was something like ‘don’t call me uncle relation.’

And his reply was “thik hai usne commit kar liya tha ab use faansi pe chadau kya”. Please tell him someone if he can’t hang up his executive, then why the hell they all together hanging up customers. I am helpless to feel like some employee making TR sawhey the worst dealer, even a black spot on maruti.

As per the commitment and also I have my temporary number and insurance of my home address i.e. kaithal. So please give my sale letter and all pending docs of kaithal address. I am really getting frustrate and gather all information to make legal case in court. If I will not get any results by this week I will take legal action against your department and claim all losses including mental harassment.

As a quick reminder I bought Zen estilo lxi from your gokulpuri branch on march 31,2009. I have bear all the cost and expenses.

But till now I don’t have any document, service book or any accessories committed by Mr. Prabhat at the time of deal. I have begged for these things hundred times. Now please answer following question

When I will be get my papers or shall I write off the car in absence of papers
When I will get my service book. What about car warranty now as 1 month have been passed without servicing in absence of service book.
when I will get my accessories which includes body cover, temple and perfume committed by executive.

I bought Zen Estilo LXI from this dealer. But till now I havent get any paper which includes sale letter, service book and also the acesories commited by the executive. I called up the executive on march 28, 2009 and got the details of dealing. then I visted the showroom and booked the car on the same day.

On delivery day i was roaming there like i was begging for something. when i asked for accessories (temple, perfume and body cover) commited by executive i was told that company have stopped the manufacturing of these items and they don’t have in their store .I was not given any paper and acesories comitted by executive saying that they will their self deliver it at mine address, also I deposited rs 5200 there as a security as of registration would be done by me but i dint get any receipt of this amount.

I waited for 1 week and then called up them for my papers and acesories. At first , they tried to cheat me saying they havent get your loan amount from the bank still so cant give the paper. they did it for 2 days. when i threatened them saying that i am going to complaint then then only they agreed.

Next, Mr Prabhat asked me for rs 1000 as a surcharge of cedit card as I made 50000 payment through credit card and even not ready to give me the receipt of this amount. But at booking time i cleared this thing with him that i will not any surcharge amount.

Now i dont have any paper so i cant run my vechile on the road. It a only a iron box for me without papers. I cant apply for registration in lacking of sale letter which has a max time of 1 month

I launched a comlaint on april 09,2009 at any time maruti service 1800-1800-180 .Complaint number is 5865707184. I was assured that you r problem will get reslove max 72 hours. But till now i am still blank hand.

i just want the dealer to full fill all the comittments made by executive at booking time. I want all my papers as well as all accessories pending earliest as to apply registraion which has a max time of 30 days

If I have commited any payable amount i am ready to pay

I haven’t got any help from Mr.Ajay and Mr. Mukesh, and the issue is still pending. From last 3 months or so, I am begging like hell and they are only making me fool.
Basically I am true resident of Kaithal, Haryana and I have all legal proofs for this (Submitted already to Mr.Ajay). It was committed to me by your representative Mr.Ajay that registration with my local place will not be any issue and based on that I proceeded for loan and now I realize that every body involve in this chain are only making me fool and don’t know this is happening to how many customers at this time. I am helpless to feel like may be hdfc has some fraud employees who are robbing people and destroying bank reputation just for their own benefits.

Why did executive commit something which was not possible and if commit why not fulfill now. Why should innocent costumer suffer and not the faulty employee. Who will pay for my all loses and mental harassment which I got from last 3 months

Please solve my problem as per executive Mr. Ajay/hdfc bank commitment or cancel my loan and bear all the losses.

I am really getting frustrate and gather all information to make legal case in court. If I will not get any results by next week I will take legal action against your department and claim all losses including mental harassment.

So please incorporate with me and solve this issue amicably

Thanks for your response.

Moreover, when I took the loan neither reserve bank nor hdfc was present there. Whose there was Mr. Ajay, who was representing reserve bank and hdfc and all the others. I proceeded for the loan based on his commitment, so commitment of hdfc bank as well. If there are such policies of hdfc/ reserve bank and now after all things done I am being told all those but was not the executive supposed to tell the these policies at the starting. Why did he commit something which was not possible?

Is it bank’s executives business or the HDFC BANK business to rob the innocent people by greeding them with false commitment and later refused?

Please let me know hdfc and reserve bank rule applies to customer only or bank representative also. If the representative/hdfc bank fails to fulfill the commitment who should suffer, shall it be the innocent customers that representative or the bank.

In this whole scenario please find out as a customer mine fault. From around last 2 months or so it is me who is begging like hell and that faulty executive is still enjoying his work and continuing robbing others people also.

Hdfc or reserve bank please solve my problem as per executive Mr. Ajay/hdfc bank commitment or cancel my loan and bear all the losses.
