Please read my complain and help

Policy no 1200800648919 of Met smart premier.
Agent name Udaya Bhattachariya code – 11054847.

The above policy has been made by cheating my father and also with my fake signature when I was out of station.
Mr. Udaya Bhattacharya meet my father and offered him some policy and my father agreed and paid him a Rs.6000/- cheque. Later on this agent made the policy in my name and they have cut my mother’s name and made
my fake signature. How can a company like Metlife can do such fraud thing.
I have already wrote to MetLife but no action has been taken.
