With the above details, I would like to state that the last premium was already collected by the above agent in the month of January through a cheque which was encashed, but the premium has not been paid so far. Recently, I have received a letter from Bajaj Allianz that my policy has lapsed due to non-payment of premium.
Similar delay was made by the agent during the payment of second premium also.

It is requested to take an action against the agent .
