I had booked a horse on rent for my brothers marriage(Manoj Vitthal Shinde) to be held on 22/11/2009 from Ilahi Tamboli . I had given an advance of Rs.250/- for the same against the total rent of Rs.1800/-. While booking the horse he had shown a crystal white horse for the weeding and on the weeding day he sent a black shaded horse which was very ugly and not good looking. I had a phone call at the same moment with Ilahi Tamboli and asked him for the same horse he argued a lot and said “The white horse was sent to Natepute for a anothert weeding ceremony.” I disscused him that i had paid an advance for the horse and booked it but he claimed that it was his right to give any of the available horses. I had no time to argive with him as the time was coming closer for weeding. On the way to the weeding place the horse was beyond control and misbehaved during the weeding rally wounding my friend Ganesh Namdeo Shinde. I had a great loss of fame, status,glory
as well as economic loss.He is responsible for all this and should pay for it.Please look into the matter and give me the way to justice.
