Tel No.9892984034 For the last several days my prepaid credit is getting reduced every day and it came to my attention now. I am getting some SMS Health Tips for which i am charged Re.1 to Rs.4 per msg. I dont know why such msgs are sent to my phone without my permission or knowledge. I feel this is a massive fraud perpetrated on unsuspecting subscribers by Bharti Airtel network as this could be happening to millions of subscribers. When about Rs.5 deducted as service charges from 1 million users it amounts to Rs.5 million. This is a massive cheating and I hope somebody would initiate a PIL against the perpetrators who are openly cheating the public with impunity. My complaints to the Airtel customer service people are falling on deaf ears. Someone please help me to get rid of this evil service.
