I deposited gold ornaments, weighing 18.6 gm, to Mr. Ajit Dawn for making new ornaments on 26 Dec 12.The delivery date was given on 10 Jan13.But he failed to deliver the same a number of times till 27th Jan13.On 28th Jan he handed over new ornaments which were found to be duplicate gold i.e. imitation gold.On bringing out the same thing to his notice , he accepted his fault and promised to hand over original ornaments in a couple of days.It has been three months since then but he has been postponing the delivery date by a week or two everytime. His intentions seem not to be genuine.

The price of gold deposited to him is priced at Rs.59520 @ 32000/10 gm.Apart from this , this incident has caused an immense mental trauma and physical exhaustion to me and my family.
