My self Rajan kr Singh. My mobile number is 9729000342. I bought samsung galaxy mobile with which 1gb 3g data plan offer was there. But no plan activated. Then i complained to customer care. They accepted it and gave me the ref number: CBNRA30826242111. But no action been taken till date. Currently i have Rs 125 2g intrnet plan activated by myself. Please do something to get me the 1gb 3g data plan that i was promised.
