Dear sir/mam i have done one recharge with freecharge.in detail as per below Here are your order details: Recharge # 9407042453 Order ID: FCVW13100115033615 Recharge Amount: Rs 123 Operator Transaction ID: 100003114978132 i did recharge for special tariff provided by my service provider But they have recharge it as top up and when i have asked after recharge they told me we have some technical problem in special recharge how to we come to about their problem untill and unless they will not let us know in advance

i have lost 123 because of their mistake also loss to much time in negotiating with them without any solution if i will calculate it economically it will worth as more than 123 also faced inconvenience
