I had charged free charge wallet by Rs 3700 and post that did a transaction on snapdeal for Rs 3609/- . I cancelled the same due to issues in pricing and got refund of Rs 3609 from snapdeal on 27/12/16 from that day I have been writing to free charge as the app does not show any balance. They are one of the worst mobile wallets who have no responsibility towards customers .
