Frequent Disruption of Mobile Services

Dear Sir,
I purchased a Pre-paid AirTel SIM at Amarkantak, Distt. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh in the last week of January 2009. Since its activation, the mobile no. 9755386571 allotted to me has hardly worked for two days at a stretch. Frequent complaints to the Customer Care have yielded nil, repeat, nil results.
Even text msg is not acknowledged by the customer care no. 98930 98930.
Coming to the exact nature of problems faced by some of AirTel customers in this area, the outgoing and incoming calls are disrupted for 3 or 4 and sometimes 5 days at a stretch while text msg services continue to wrok. I tried calling 98930 98930 using another SIM but I could not get through to the Customer Care Executive, as they call them.
Going by the frequency of these disruptions and the fact that these failures are confined to this area, I suspect malicious interference from the staff or franchisee in this area.
I request you to kindly initiate an investigation in order to find out the cause of these disruptions and fix responsibility.
AirTel, as far as I know, is working well in other areas. It is quite easily possible that these disruptions are motivated and malicious.
