I had subscribed for an yearly subscription of the Frontline magazine by doorstep delivery on 18th May 2016 and following are the details:- Subscription ID-99060 03741 Subscription period-24th June 2016 to 09th June 2017 Around 02 months have already passed and I have still not received even a single issue of the magazine by post.I checked up with my post office also and they told me that they have also not got any such magazine. Subsequently I registered a complaint on their helpline no. on 16th July 2016 and the complaint no. is 086725. I have made repeated calls to them but they have not resolved the issue. Every time when I call them,they give false assurances.I had paid 1000.00 INR for the subscription. I want my money to be refunded in case they are not planning to send me my subscribed magazine and strict action should be taken against them for defrauding people.

I have missed on the latest and current events of the National/International importance which this magazine covers extensively as I have not received this magazine till date.This magazine is important for me as I am preparing for competitive exams and not receiving this magazine has hampered upon my preparation and has taken a toll on my mental well being as I keep calling them repeatedly and registering complaints against them.Further,it’s my parents hard earned money with which I had subscribed for this magazine and the money has got wasted.

I want a refund of my 1000.00 INR and that they should cancel my subscription so that I can purchase the magazine regularly from the market and prepare for my exams without any impediments.
