Frustrating Airtel Broadband Service and Customer Care

I am using Airtel broadband since last 2 years and regularly facing disconnection of broadband problem, out of 4 weeks one week it does not work. After using frustrating service from airtel i decided some 2 weeks back that i don’t want to continue with Airtel connection and sent an email to Airtel email ID 121@in.airtel.com, but after 2 weeks also they have not sent any confirmation email that my connection has been disconnected, every morning evening some representative of airtel call and argues on not disconnecting the connection.

I have got totally frustrated by the customer care call, i have already lost 1500/- as i was not able to use Airtel connection since last 4 weeks, after complaining on email or on their website also there service team never turned up.

I was to get email or written confirmation from airtel that connection has been disconnected and there is no due left. I also want compensation of 10000/- for the inconvenience caused due to poor airtel service and later on frustrating customer care calls.
