I had purchased a product (laptop) from online shopping website www.flipkart.com on dated 15.01.2013. Now i am getting problem with the keyboard of my laptop for which i has submitted various mails in which the first mail has sent on dated 21.July.2013. I also had tried various times in toll free customer care number of Fujitsu where no one has resolve my issue. Each time they had gave me a different date to provide the service but till now no one is taking it seriously. I am a freelancer in which i have to do work on daily bases. As per the above mention date till now i had faced loss. Due to the late services by Fujitsu company i had lost my job work and now my financial condition is very bad. I am also having all the conversation of mails in which i also had mention them my problem. I want to Claim on the company so that it will never happen again with other customer.
Due to the Fujitsu Company i had faced to bad condition in finance. I loss my job so i need the replacement of it as the and compensation, along with the new keyboard for my computer.
