We are a Company Exim Transtrade (I) Pvt. Ltd. (Mumbai – India), holding several policies with an insurance company named Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd., in the month of June, 2013 we renewed more than 70 corporate Health Insurance policies for our employees under their product title, “ Individual health Suraksha”, and today since more than four months we are waiting for few pending policies. We have sent several reminders in past 4 month, but no outcome. We believe that we are cheated and the insurance company has digested our premium amount by having not giving us the policies for which we have actually paid for. We seek your urgent, prompt and strict intervention in the above matter.
