Respected sir/madam

My name is akash goel. I am regular customer of easyday and also a member. I purchases a amul butter of 500gm from easyday store gandhi colony muzaffarnagar on 02.07.2018.When i used this butter its smelling a lot. When i goes to store for return this butter then the store manager deny to return. Butter is actually 6 months old. What is my fault in this. Why are you not returning this butter if it is faulty. Please provide me the solution for the same otherwise i will not be able to continue the shopping from easyday and also demotivate others to purchase from your store. Its actually a very very poor service from your side. Never expect such type of service from your side. Very disappointed service by you. Customer care is also not supporting. Waiting for your positive reply.
