I have ordered for a Zopo ZP980 on 3rd Sepetember 2013. When i ordered the product it was mentioned on the confirmation was 5-7 days. I have been following up with the customer care and everytime i get the same answer saying “it would take another 15 days”. its been 2 months and 10 days the product is not delivered yet. I have been trying to contact the customer support for the last 10 days and no one answers the phone. I had no hope that the product will be delivered. Hence sent an email for cancellation of the product . It has been almost 50 days that i have cancelled the order still i did not get refund.
