I have purchased one mobile bearing model name: SM B5512 Galaxy Y Pro Duos, IMEI No. 0352615050725141 on 27th July 2012 with extended warranty Card No. EXWAR0719534 (extended warranty provided by Mobile Store, Shibpur Mandirtala Branch, Howrah, West Bengal)Within one year of purchase of the said mobile I faced several problems in it. Just after expiry of one year my phone started malfunctioning. I went to the same mobile store for repair some person from the store informed me that I need to contact the Sumsung service center for repairing the same.When I went to the Authorised Service Center of Sumsung and shown them the Extended Warranty they said they won’t accept the extended warranty given by any mobile store. They have charged me Rs. 1,600 for the repair of Touch Screen of the mobile. Within one month of the repair my mobile again started malfunctioning. Again I have taken the same to the same authorised service center. They said now mother board need to be changed. For this they have charged me Rs. 3,500/-. I have taken my mobile back from the service center without getting it repair and again shown it to Mobile Store, Shibpur Mandirtala Branch, Howrah, West Bengal and asked them while they have given the extended warranty then why they will not take charge of that? Then they took my mobile and noted my instruction for repair on 27.11.2013. After several follow up ultimately on 08.01.2014 they returned my mobile without repair saying that for repairing the mobile Rs. 5,500/- (approx) is estimated charge for which mobile store will pay Rs. 2,000/- and balance I need to pay. They said they have called me and I refused to pay the said some so they are returning the mobile without repair.
I want my phone repaired and handed over to me in repaired condition without payment of a single rupee as it is within the extended warranty period.
