I purchased one Ganesh sattu of 200g (Product of Ganeshfoods) from local grocer Paul Stores (Prop-Bikash Paul),B.M.Saha Road,Nandankanan,Hindmotor-712233,Hooghly (WB.The packet was without Batch No.,Pkd & Exp date,MRP (inclusive of all taxes).Immediately on 20.12.2013 I mailed complaint to “ganeshcare@ganeshfoods.com”.They are so indifferent into the matter that they phoned me on 31.12.13 & mailed me that their representative will visit.Till now none has visited.I further mailed on 08.01.2014,telephoned on 10.01.2014 over 033-40157900 around 6pm & again mailed on 11.01.2014.But yet they have not contacted me either over phone or mail.As per Govt. of India rules it is mandatory to print Wt,B.No.,Pkd & exp dates,MRP (inclusive of all taxes) on the body of a sealed packet.They are violating the rules,so immediate necessary action be taken against them.

I want immediate action against the company for violation of Govt. rules, replacement of the product and compensation of at lease Rupees twenty thousand (Rs.20000/-) or whichever you deem as because none know how old the product is or whether it is adulterated.And whether any life will be in danger on eating the same.
