I am registering this Complaint against GAPSEWHO (Government and Public Sector Employees Welfare Housing Organisation). GAPSEWHO has cheated 400 Government Employees by floating a Housing Scheme (Shubhkamna Epic) in the market specifically for Govt & PSU Employees only. We have made Booking and 20% Amount has already been paid; although no progress has been made for the past more than a year. The most shocking surprise is when we learnt that GAPSEWHO has changed the entire structure/layout of the society right from the Number of Towers to Number of Flats. The structure (Approved by Greater Noida Development Authority) which has been shown to us in Brochures at the time of Booking has totally been changed now. Hard Earned money of 400 Government Employees is at Stake and so GAPSEWHO should be charged and punished for betrayal. All Document and Payment Receipts can be made available as a supporting document to charge GAPSEWHO.

I was interested to invest in this Housing Project thinking that GAPSEWHO will keep our interest intact and money secure but now they have handed over the entire project to Private Builder without informing the members. 20% of total Flat amount has already been paid to GAPSEWHO although no progress has been made for last more than a Year.
