The garment purchased at the above shop is not having appropriate size symbol. The garment purchased by us is not having correct size as mentioned on the garment. There is no price tag on the garment. They refused to take back as promised. There is no dress change room. They are not issued bill for the transaction. They are in adamant type with us.
Our family members came from kakinada to purchase the above item and worried a lot on the attitude of the shop owner,and incurred heavy expenditure and disappointed.
appropriate action on the shop owner according to Package and commodities Act,and compensation as deemed fit.
