I had applied for new connection 04 Jul 2013 online and got waiting list no. 4681357 that is approved. However when I visited RATAN ENTERPRISES, SURVEY NO.26, RAHATANI, NEAR KALEWADI PHATA on Saturday 13-Jul-2013, they refused to accept my application stating that new connections have been halted, even when my connection has been approved by BPCL (ebharatgas.com)

Unnecessary traveling to agency that is far away from my residence leading to heavy transportation costs. Mental harassment in spite of approval of the connection.

Release my new connection immediately and collect the required documents and amount from my residence instead of me traveling all round there.
