I got my bike couriered via gati from Sundernagar , Himachal Pradesh to Gurgaon Haryana. For this service I paid Rs 3200 rupees and 500 rupees separately for packing so that there are no scratches on bike. However when i received the bike it had a broken cluch lever and wire was broken. I spoke to GATI (Rajesh the representative) about the damage and he assured that i will get refund. Later i told him that I also noticed a big dent on the tank of my bike to which he said I can get the repairs done and I will get the money reimbursed

Rajesh proposed a solution that for reimbursement I need to send an application and he will keep me informed about the claim status. After 7 days I called Rajesh and asked about the status. He told me that he has already forwarded my complaint to the claims team. Then he put my call on hold and after a while tells me that i can get that refund via my insurance company

I want Gati to bear the damages of my bike and the mental trauma I went through of calling them again and again. I want a claim of Rs 15000
