Dear Sir, They(Gati Enterprises) packed my all household items consisting of 15 boxes on 27th May, 2014 at 6:37 pm and cheque was duly issued for Rs.8203 dated 28th May,2014. The consignment was from Delhi to Kolkata. They issued a receipt and a consignment note No. 1152 and it was agreed that the consignment would be delivered to Local address i.e 20 Turf Road, 1st Floor, Bhowanipore, Neelkuthi, Near Jadubabu Bazar, Kolkata – 700025. Now,when i followed up on the status of the Consignment there is no proper response from their part.Till today i.e, 8th June, 2014 I haven’t received my things. Its almost more than 10 days And they were not responding properly to my calls. If I want to talk to them, I have to call them from a new number, as they weren’t picking my calls.
