Gati Courier – Misbehavior, Late Delivery, Manhandling

There are 3 complaints: 1: Forgery: When my shipment wasn’t delivered I contacted customer care and they told me that I myself had asked for a change of delivery date of my shipment, which never happened as I never talked to your employee till that time. 2: Misbehavior On contacting customer care several times I was given contact number of the delivery boy who misbehaved very badly insulting me, shouting me at and even telling me that he won’t deliver my shipment. 3: Late Delivery and Manhandling When finally my shipment arrived on 11th which was to be delivered surely by 10th, the delivery boy took me around 200meters from my flat and asked me to help him with my shipment which is my motorcycle which weighs 300kgs. How do you expect me to pick up 300kg of my motorcycle from your truck ? And I helped him and still I was misbehaved by the delivery boy and the truck driver.

I need a formal apology from GATI, and I am not sure of what compensation I can get so help me with it.
