I took a ticket from Patna to muzaffarpur on 04-06-2013. I missed the bus but before that I called well in advance on helpline No and messaged also, but nobody pick up the phone. So, I want refund with appropriate compensation from Gaurav luxury(B.S.R.T.C. bus provider) bihar. it’s office in Patna is mithapur bus stand Patna. Gaurav luxury is providing worst service in bihar.
