Gauri associate is building an apartment complex named Navalakha apartment in F road sonari since 2006. It has been more than 7 years and building is not complete. There are many families living there and flats are not 100% complete. Builder promised to have JUSCO water and electricity supply but, none of us have seen any development so far. There is no facility of lifts, proper electricity, water,parking garage or any safety as promised by the builders. Initially the plan was to build a 5 story building but that got changed to 6 story but now we can see builder is constructing 7th floor while many families are living on the lower floors. Where should we complaint about all the irregularities without being caught by builder. Pls help!

Stop the 7th floor construction if it illegal and provide us all the water, electricity and garage facility at minimum. Thanks
