I have join GCL company mid November 2009 and I left it on 30 June 2012. Company deducted PF amount 405 Rs. per month from my salary and same amount should be submitted by company( It is also mentioned in my offer/appointment letter) till May 2011.Money should submitted 12555 Rs till march 2011(This is last time when company deposited PF), but company submitted only 11627 Rs (difference is 928 Rs.). My first appraisal effective from 1st June 2011 and PF amount was 648 Rs per month. Remaining amount detail:- Difference amount=928 Rs. April, May, June 2011 month amount is = 2430 Rs 12 months (From appraisal to leave date) = 15552 Rs Total amount is left=18910 Rs. I make many mail to company But they were not submit amount in PF office.

I want submit my PF amount in my saving account/ PF account.
