I have brought one mobile details are as given below, Gionee P2 IMEI no. : 8628090 21940805 date 14/03/2014 from : Aadil Telecom, Maulana Azad Road, Polan Bazar,Godhra, Gujarat. after just 10 month mobile got hang, LCD flickering and poor camera performance (company default problem in All P2 phones) and didn’t work properly. Due to waranty i just give it for reair to Gionee service centre,Godhra . after service of 12 days i got my mobile back .but within three days mobile again did not work and send back to service centre Godhra from last 5 days (23-02-2015) Job Shit no.: GC15200074572, no reply from him and now warranty period is going to finish in next month. till i belive mobile is useless for me so i want new mobile or my money back please help me in this matter i wish i will get better result from here… According to company’s representative there are no policies to replace the phone or to repay my money which i gave to buy mobile . which is out of rules . please help me as soon as possible.
