Gistfstoindia24x7.com, is company who promises to send selected gifts by consumer to the beloved one. I have ordered orange flowers with a fruit basket, which was 1500Rs, They have delivered a different one which is not been intimated also, cheap looking bouquet and fruits with out basket & wrapped in plastic covers. When i asked Why like this, they say we are not aware of it, our vendor did it and all. and I demanded for Refund, they say we will give credits which can be used again to gift someone else and as apologies they said they will give chocolates worth 50rs. I requested, i cant accept this and i only demand for refund. Their reply was”We cant help you in any ways, you can lodge a complaint against us. As you wish” Here they are not bothering about customer satisfaction nor they respect them. Recently i have seen in the internet there are many people who have rated they give worst service, they are fraud and all… I wish i could have seen it before. I Kindly request you to take my complaint on priority

Earlier i have told to them Considering they have supplied 300 Rs worth materials, refund me 1200 Rs. But Now after all their credits and chocolate offers, I want them to refund the whole amount which is 1500 Rs. Its not a small amount for me also. But these people are doing it for every one. So kindly stop them. They are frauds
