TO GITANJALI JEWELS MUMBAI SUB:- Non Receipt of Gold Coins after 2 months of maturity date Dear Sir/Madam With reference to above captioned subject.I would like to inform you that i have not received the gold coins which i have booked at your ludhiana knox retail company store in the month of sep and oct. last year.I have booked approx 850 grams during your swaran mangal scheme in which i got only 110 grams. At the time of booking at your ludhiana store. They people have taken funds from me in advance after that they issued certificate of booking though i was their 4 years old and good customer. So now from the last 2 months they are saying we will give you today , tomorrow same like that from last many days. Even gold booked in the month of august also delivered in sep month. Kindly let me know exact position as i cant wait now anymore and also let me how much gold you people give me extra as booking of gold is approx 850 grams for delayed time. I am paying interest in the market @2.5% per month. Who is responsible for delaying in delivery of coins. I will not clearly accept coins with 10% extra gold. You have to give extra for delaying , harrasing and wasting my time. If in this regard i can’t receive the email by monday afternoon then i will forward this email to my lawyer for taking a legally action upon you and on your store having in ludhiana.
