I wish to bring to you kind attn.that i had booked 3 air tickets GO Airlines to & fro chennai to bangalore, blr to chn for 27/11/2014 I5 1212 flight air asia PNR No.XHZ2WN, SD4L6G & AERDRA in the name of shanthi, (maky my trip) i got sms on 27/11/2014 that the flight has been cancelled and refund would be given after 7 working days ref no.18605008000 and received call for the same and filled e form on 29/11/2014 for claim of refund. but till date i have not got any refund so far. could u please look into the mater and do the needful for ordering my account with the ticket refund

i had rang up to air asia dept and they said that refund would be given to my a/c with in 7 working days repeatedly, so far more than 45 days have lapsed since my last calling no effect have has taken action in spite of any calling by air asia
