I have booked a tour package Through “GO TRAVELS”(www.gotravels.in) for Shimla-Manali Tour. Package booking/Payment date is 25th April 2013, (Tour date 19th June 2013). Due to “Natural calamity”(Heavy Rain & Thunder, and Cloud Burst) as per Government Officials there are “Greater risk of life” on the way (Delhi to Shimla-Manali Bus Route) as well as in Shimla-Manali(Himanchal Pradesh). In supporting; Times Of India News: “PTI | Jun 18, 2013, 11.12 AM IST”- Himachal CM, dozen tourists airlifted from Kinnaur; 1700 still stranded etc.) “TNN | Jun 19, 2013, 04.13 AM IST”- Weather-hit Himachal Pradesh CM air-lifted. Due to above unavoidable Reasons/Situations, I could go on Shimla-Manali Tour and I informed my disability to “Go Travels” Two Days before to date of Journey, and there is no Terms & Conditions specifically intimated to me about cancellation of Tour Packages.
