Hi, I registered a complaint to godrej customer care on 06/05/2014 for service and their technicians came on 07/05/2014 and told me there is a leakage in AC which needs to be checked in service center, so next day they took our AC,but they never got back to me. After repeated calls to them they all told me their is a leakge in my window ac which and they have to fill gas in it and i have to pay Rs.2200 for this. So i said ok do it. But again for one whole week no one called me up and ac was not delivered.Then i called up godrej Customer care and they gave me nos for service center of mohan singh and others, but they all said ac will be delivered in a day or two.But again no one delivered it.So on my repeated calls mohan singh picked up the call and said my AC has a cooling coil replacement problem, so i have to pay 8000rs for this.Now i strictly told them initially everyone said there was a leakage and i have to pay 2200.Now suddenly how come cooling coil got damaged.My Call no is 948489.So, i asked them to deliver the AC as is and they delivered today that is 17/05/2014.Now please help me with the irratic behaviour of Service center people and godrej.They mis handled my window AC and damaged its cooling coil.So, i need to file a case against all of them and get my AC repaired free of cost or at the cost of 2200 only. Please help.
I want my window AC 1.5 tonne’s cooling coil should be replaced without any cost.But i will pay the cost of Leakge and gas. Please take a strick action against godrej and their service center as they all are fraud people.
