I have purchase an GodrejAC since then AC is not cooling because of Gas leakage we have lodged complaints 454232 dated 05/05/2014, 454699 dated 09-06-2014,455472 dated 12-06-2014, 453546 dated 30-06-2014,461390 dated 20-07-2014, 465874 dated 10/08/2014 , 465726 dated 27/10/2014,467353 dated 19-09-2014, 549307 dated 25/04/2015 Please look in to above , these complaints are during the SUMMER / in guarantee period now we want its replacement because we have provided with a defective Air conditioner problem is not resolved yet till today we have not get benefit of AC

Mentally our family become disturbed during the SUMMER, our grand mother has to give Drip of Glucose due to dehydration in summer more then 4-5 times AC has not cooled in summer 2014 now again summer 2015 has started , AC is not working
