Godrej – AC not working properly

I have purchased 1 ton godrej split AC in the month of June 2013. It worked very impressively in first 2 months wherein it used to bring the room temp to 22 in just 25 to 30 mins & used to get tripped off after meeting desired temp. Later it started taking longer time for the cooling. Hence, before the first free service was due I have logged complaint that AC is not cooling room effectively. Service center sent one engineer who did cleaning of interior NET , checked exterior box & closed complaint with explanation that ALL NEW AC WORKS WELL IN FIRST ONE MONTH AND LATER THE COOLING BECOMES SLOW. THIS IS COMMON FOR ALL BRAND IN AC’S OF ALL CAPACITIES. Though it was not acceptable to me, I have given him the service call number sent to me on SMS which I was guided to furnish only on satisfactory complaint resolution. After observing the AC performant for another month after free service, I realized that its performance is becoming low day by day. hence, I logged second complaint. Same engineer visited and he released the GAS from exterior box and told me that its pressure was higher that what was it supposed to be & now it will work fine. That day onwards my ceiling fan makes room more cool compared to AC and no one from the godrej is accepting the fact that I have received the faulty piece which needs replacement. Now no one is attending the complaint after several calls to customer care. PleaSE HELP. I AM POOR GUY AND CANNOT AFFORD TO SPEND ANOTHER 20K ON NEW ac WITHIN 6 MONTHS.

I need replacement of this AC which is within warrantee and which Godrej service center is smartly trying to avoid before expiry of warrantee period.
