I bought a refrigerator 3 years back. and the compressor is still under warranty. In last 1 year, it is serviced 4 times and the most unreliable refrigerator I have seen. It stops cooling suddenly and again it starts normal after few days kept unused. The technician, initially replaced the timer, then said there is a gas leakage. Which I did not agree so he tried to clean the colling chamber, by pouring hot water to melt the ice. The refrigerator started okay and continued for 2 to 3 days. Again it stopped. Now it is a regular issue Compressor – working fine Timer – Working fine Gas – Ok Reason – UNKNOWN I called tollfree service desk, they agreed to replace the refrigerator. Asked me to call the branch. Branch is saying no policy like that and it can’tbe replaced.
